Justin Carson founded True Hearts Ministry along with his wife Jennifer who acts as the Vice President. Married since 2001 they found the importance of global missions early in their marriage. After many short term mission trips around the globe they eventually called Eswatini home in 2013. Since their arrival they've helped with orphaned and abandoned children, and also helping the local families with medical, education, community living, and agriculture.

Brittany Olson lives in Alabama with her husband and three daughters - who are barrel racers. They own a farm with horses, goats, a bottle calf, chickens, dogs and a duck. She is a fitness trainer and small business owner. She visited Eswatini in 2015 and was forever changed by what God is doing thru what is now True Hearts Ministry. She is a lover of people and relationships and believes we're truly "Better Together" - which is why she's passionate about partnering with and supporting this ministry.
